Thesis in the works

So I have begun the research process for my thesis and I, like many my age, will be turning to some Internet related topic. Because I study communication I find it interesting the way in which people change when they get into the electronic environment. While sitting in a course that interviewed a wealthy avatar from Second Life, a girl behind me shouted, "LOOK at the way SHE walks, I want to walk like that!" Something simple as that sparked my interest into the way in which people present their selves online. This is a new age were people can be anyone or thing they want, within a digital environment. We are changing how we live life with these programs and applications.
